| PRE-ORDER/BACK ORDER ITEMS: If an item is not yet released, you
will see a “pre-order/backorder” tag next to the item. Even though this
item is not in stock, your card is charged for the full purchase price
or the pre-order price. Sometimes this price is generally higher than
the actual price you will ultimately pay. When the actual price is
determined, the overpayment amount will be refunded to your card or
other method of payment. We do this so that you will not have to be
charged again in order to get your item shipped immediately to you.
Also we do not save your credit card information, so automatically
recharging your card is not an option. If you see a tag of "Coming
Soon" and a price of .99 cents or less, this is the pre-order price for
an item where a final price has yet to be determined. In this case you
will be charged the pre-order price and when the items prices is
determined you can chose to pay the balance or request a refund. You
are able to cancel your pre-order up to 7 days prior to the item being
released.
ORDER ON REQUEST: These items are considered a
special order. Most of the time we will drop ship them directly from
the supplier so there is no delay. Sometimes we will order them from
our supplier and ship as soon as they come in stock. Sometimes there
will be a 1-3 day delay on these items. Please see our "Contact Us" page if you have any questions about a particular item.
BUY BACK POLICY:
Any phone purchased from MobileSteals.com qualifies for our "Buy Back
Policy". If you have an interest in selling or trading in your phone
for a new phone from our store, please email us for shipping
instructions so we can provide you with an accurate trade in or cash
value for your phone. Other phones may also qualify for the "Buy Back
Policy", even if the phone was not originally purchased from MobileSteals.com.
RETURN POLICY: If you are unhappy with your
purchase, you may return the unopened item within 7 days for a refund,
minus a 5% restocking fee (excludes "open box" items). All opened items
are subject to a 15% restocking fee; used items are subject to a
15%-45% restocking fee (applies to returned "open box" items as well).
After
7 days, all returns are subject to our "Buy Back Policy". A store
credit will be issued for your trade in based on the usage of the
phone, the exterior condition of the phone, the condition of the
packaging, and the accessories attached or included.
If you would
prefer to receive a refund (instead of a store credit), you may opt to
use our "Buy Back Policy". However, the refund amount is typically less
than the trade in value your item would receive.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
A defective item may be returned (for an exact replacement) within 25
days of date of purchase. If an exact replacement is not available, you
will be offered a store credit toward a future purchase, on most items.
If you would prefer a refund (instead of a store credit), this will be
available at a lesser value. After 25 days, your item will be sent to
the manufacturer for warranty repair work (within one year from
purchase). Repair takes anywhere from 3-10 weeks.
OPEN BOX SPECIALS:
These products are not new, but many are in first class condition;
often products that have been returned opened but not use or damaged.
If there is only one of each of these products available, they will be
allocated on a strict "first come, first served" basis. Some of these
still have the remainder of their 1 year warranty on them. Please check
with the manufacturer when you receive your item. We will offer a 5 day
return policy on all "Open Box" items. After 5 days the customer is
responsible for the repair through the manufacturer.
RMA NUMBERS: In order to expedite your return, please see our "Contact Us" page
and request an RMA number. We will provide you with an RMA number so
that your return may be processed and tracked properly. Return shipping
costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are never
refundable unless we ship an incorrect item.
PRE-RELEASE/PROTO-TYPE:
Phones sold as Pre-release or Proto-Types do not qualify for our return
policy, nor is any warranty expressed or implied. No Returns On these
items will be accepted. They are, however, eligible for our “Buy Back”
policy.
BRANDED UNLOCKED PHONES: Phones branded AT&T,
Cingular and T-Mobile lose their warranty as soon as they are unlocked.
They can be sent out for warranty by a service provider if you have an
account with the service provider to which the phone was locked to.
Otherwise there is no warranty associated with these devices.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: YES! We do ship to
Countries other than the USA. Simply order online, and choose the
desired shipping method. Google checkout works for almost every
country, if your country is not listed you can request a virtual
invoice, which is a Google Checkout Invoice. This invoice allows us to
accept payment from International Customers with shipping addresses
outside of the Continental USA not available directly from the website.
Please provide us with the the item(s), the quantity, the shipping
address and preferred shipping method. Overnight and 2 Day Air are
available almost anywhere, and UPS Standard is also available, but to
CANADA only.

The majority of our items are shipped from within the United States.
However, some are shipped from overseas. Most of the time these items will ship same day, however please allow
